Robin Schulz

Schulz is the 28-year-old German DJ producer behind a string of worldwide chart-topping hit remixes and songs including Prayer in C and Sugar.

He started DJ-ing in his hometown of Osnabrück at the age of 17 and started his own club three years later. He shot to fame when his uptempo version of Waves by Dutch rapper Mr Probz charted in 10 countries, reaching No1 in Germany, the UK, Sweden, Norway and Switzerland.

His follow-up, a revival of Prayer in C by French act Lily Wood & The Prick, was even more successful, hitting the top spot in 22 European Union countries and receiving more than 275 million views on YouTube to date.

Schulz went on to release his debut album Prayer in autumn 2014, which featured his earlier hits and a number of his own compositions including Sun Goes Down, featuring British singer Jasmine Thompson.

A second album, Sugar, was recently released and looks set to repeat the success of his debut. Schulz is currently on tour in the north and south of America, where his genre-transcending and highly recognizable deep house sound is winning him a new legion of fans. In early 2016, he will be back in Europe, with dates in Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium and Switzerland.
