Each year in January, 250 new bands and artists, more than 2500 professional participants and over 15000 people gather during this festival in Groningen, The Netherlands for EuroSonic Noorderslag. 
 
The event has grown out to be the most important European live music industry conference, as well as a huge city showcase festival. EuroSonic Noorderslag is a great platform for European music and European music professionals. Aside from the live shows, there’s a broad professional program of over 100 panels, meetings, and lectures, EuroSonic Noorderslag is all about exchange. Exchange of artists, exchange of ideas, exchange of contacts, exchange of best practices and exchange of views.
