Alice Merton could very well be the next big popstar in Europe. With her powerful voice, her EP and the catchy song 'No Roots', the 24-year-old holds all the cards. The sentence "I've got no roots, but my home was never on the ground" seems to sum up the life of the English/Canadian singer- songwriter who lived in four countries. No Roots charted high on iTunes, Spotify, Shazam and Hype Machine in France, Switzerland and Austria. In Germany, the song reached platinum status and #2 in the single charts. International success is imminent.
